Puppy Sales Contract

We have received the sum of $ __________ as a deposit on a ( __ male, __ female, __ black, __ yellow, __ chocolate) Labrador Retriever (please check all appropriate choices). Balance due, plus applicable fees for health certificate, shipping crate and airport delivery. Litter pick number is ____.

Buyer's intentions for this puppy include: __ Pet/Companion, __ Hunting, __ Field Trials and/or Hunt Tests.

Deposits are refundable only when a puppy of the above (desired) sex, color and description is not available from stated litter. No deposit will be refunded if Buyer changes his/her mind for any reason. The Seller will provide a HIP and EYE GUARANTEE at the time of sale. Seller makes no guarantee on the physical characteristics of these puppies.

The Seller has the right to cancel this contract at any time before puppy pick-up (with return of deposit) if Seller deems circumstances are warranted. If puppy is paid in full, Seller will return purchase price. This is only applicable if Seller cancels this contract.

Puppies will only be held past the date of seven (7) weeks of age by prior arrangement. Seller may sell any puppy held past the date of eight (8) weeks of age (unless prior arrangement has been made) with Buyer forfeiting deposit and all claim to the puppy. If puppy has been paid in full, seller will return the purchase price, minus the deposit. Any expenses incurred by Seller shall be deducted from any returned monies owed to Buyer.

The Buyer has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this sales contract.

Buyer must sign and return one copy to Drakehaven Labradors.
